Super Bowl LX took place on February 8, 2026 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, where the Seahawks crushed the Patriots.
The game was ok, but, my favorite part of the Super Bowl is tracking down Personal Injury Ads!
If you missed them, be sure to check out 2024’s ads and 2025’s ads.
If you’re considering a Super Bowl ad for your law firm, you must listen to Personal Injury Attorney David Maloney’s podcast Creating Memorable Super Bowl Ads. In this podcast, David, a seasoned Super Bowl advertiser, explains how these ads should entertain, how they may be memorable, and why his audience looks forward to his ads each year.
On to the ads, in no particular order.
Richard Schwartz & Associates Injury Lawyers
For 2026’s Super Bowl commercial, Richard Schwartz (aka One Call, That’s All) and his partners are playing dodgeball against some characters that look a whole lot like the spokespeople from Geico, Progressive, State Farm & Liberty Mutual. One by one the opponents are taken out. This is a great sequel to last year’s ad where Team Schwartz’s bowling team beats “Big Insurance”.
At the end the woman who looks like “Flo” is hit in the face with a dodgeball which made me literally laugh out loud. It is hilarious.
The video is entertaining, funny, and gets the brand message out, ticking all the boxes of a good Super Bowl ad.
This is my personal favorite.
Maloney-Lyons, LLC
David J. Maloney from Maloney-Lyons, LLC is back again this year. If you haven’t listened to his podcast about what makes a Super Bowl ad great, stop reading this particle and go check it out now: How to Create Memorable Super Bowl Ads.
Star Wars fans will appreciate the thought that went into this ad, complete with extra long credits at the end of the commercial! It’s a really fantastic video. I am not going to spoil this one, just watch it for yourself!
Mike Morse Law Firm
There are two ads, I’m not sure if both aired during the Super Bowl or not, but I’m pretty sure this first one aired prior to the game.
This is the first use of AI I’ve personally noticed in a personal injury ad. AI video has come a long ways since the days of Will Smith eating Spaghetti. In general, I’m usually not a fan of AI video (yet) but the quick screen changes happen so fast it’s nearly impossible to find any flaws. This is the best use of AI video I have seen in any commercial.
As always, the video is excellent, entertaining, and hammers away on his “win” branding. And of course, Mike’s mom Sue is in it.
And here is the second ad, which I believe is the actual ad which aired during Super Bowl.
Nicolet Law
The bearded lawyer is back along with Charlie Berens and Myles Montplaisir again. Charlie Berens and Myles Montplaisir play a couple of goofs who were hit by a truck and do the right thing by calling Nicolet Law. This is a play on my favorite movie and it is wonderful. If you aren’t familiar w/ this firm, they have a ton of billboards up in the midwest and have memorable branding (Get The Beard). Great video!
Veritas Injury Lawyers
Veritas is back again this year. I love this video because Attorney Keller Caubarreaux is speaking about “truth wins” while the video transitions from the Veritas football players to the courtroom. It’s really well thought out and super creative.
Law Brothers
Law Brothers! I think this is their first Super Bowl ad. This is a great video – they’re in court, and the insurance company’s lawyers hear the Law Brothers are representing their client, and they immediately ask to settle. lol. The insurance attorneys are looking for the Law Brother’s phone number and the judge and everyone in the courtroom exclaims the number is 800-222-2222.
Note the disclaimer at the bottom of the ad like due to California SB 37, which applies to attorney advertising.
Bart Durham Injury Law
In this video, Attorney Blair Durham is joined by Turron Davenport, Ron Slay and Brent Dougherty. Chips and dip are used to portray the damage a tractor trailer can do to a passenger vehicle. I think this is their first Super Bowl ad.
Final Thoughts on Super Bowl 60’s ads:
