Home » Case Studies – Portfolio of Personal Injury Marketing Wins » Case Study: Google News Story Results in Big Rig Wrongful Death Case
We cover recent accidents for personal injury attorneys who request this service. We operate an accident news site indexed in Google News as well.
In this particular case, we covered a carefully and compassionately covered crash which occurred on a foggy freeway. Tragically, traffic had come to a halt, and an 18 wheeler slammed into the back of a stopped vehicle, instantly killing the passenger.
It was the trifecta of a case. The 18 wheeler was completely at fault. The truck had great insurance. Someone died.
It’s bittersweet knowing that our work created a huge, multi-million dollar case, but also hearing the horrific details of the case. It’s an ongoing case, so we won’t comment about what happened here, but we can say that it was just a horrible, horrible situation.
When the victim’s family called in, they thanked the attorney for the informative post which cited state laws about driving in fog and the driver’s duty of care. They were sold before they called.
Blogging about recent crashes is akin to throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks. We never tell our personal injury attorneys that it’s for them. Often, dozens of articles will go online before a single case is received.
This is not the type of service which will make your phone ring off the hook. But, for the attorney who is seeking as many cases as possible, it’s usually cost effective.
